Account and data
You can delete your account at any time from the in-app user menu under "Delete account". Deletion removes your sign-in and personal profile; content you created in a shared group context is reassigned to a placeholder "Deleted user" so the rest of the group can still read their own history. For other data requests, email us at the address above.
Common questions
Not getting your sign-in code? Check your spam folder — codes expire after a few minutes, so request a new one if it has been a while. Not getting push notifications? Check that notifications are enabled for Betcha in your device settings. Voice-to-bet not transcribing? Make sure Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions are granted.
