Using Betcha
Betcha is a social product for making informal bets with friends and tracking who was right. By using Betcha, you agree to use the product lawfully, follow these terms, and use the app only for personal or small-group social use.
Bragging rights only
Betcha is a bragging-rights scoreboard. There is no real money, no virtual currency, no points with cash value, no prizes, no house, no odds, and no cash-out. Wins and losses are social and exist only between the users in a group. Betcha does not process, hold, or transfer money between users, is not a sportsbook, and is not a prediction market.
Accounts and access
Betcha is not intended for users under 13. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information tied to your account, for safeguarding access to your sign-in method, and for activity that happens through your account. We may suspend or remove access if accounts are used to abuse the product, harm other users, or break applicable law. You can delete your account at any time from the in-app user menu.
Your content and group activity
You keep ownership of the content you create in Betcha, including group names, bet prompts, comments, and profile details. You give Betcha permission to host, process, display, and share that content with the users you invite or the group members who should see it in order to operate the service. You are responsible for the content you post and for having permission to share anything that references other people.
Acceptable use
Do not use Betcha to operate a sportsbook, a gambling service, or a money-transfer business, to harass or impersonate people, to spam, to distribute malware, to scrape private data, to interfere with the service, or to post unlawful content. Do not try to bypass invite controls, security protections, or restrictions around private group access.
Product changes and availability
Betcha is an early product and may change frequently. Features may be added, removed, paused, or updated at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that every feature will remain in its current form.
Disclaimers and limits
Betcha is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Betcha disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Betcha is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
